Personal Training is an opportunity to work closely with a coach to focus on specific movements, skills or issues.  Time spent with a coach on a one-to-one basis can be incredibly valuable in analysing physical and mental barriers to certain movements or skills and creating a program to overcome imbalances or sticking points.



Personal Training is perfect for you if you want to have a coach’s undivided attention for an hour to work on something specific.  It might be spending an hour ironing out kinks on a movement you are struggling with or working through some mobility drills to get your positioning perfect. We also offer ongoing Personal Training if you are looking for one-to-one coaching rather than a group setting or PT as rehab from injury.


What do we do?

We will carry out an initial assessment of your needs if we do not already know you and how you move and from there decide how to proceed. If you are looking for a one-off session, we will maximise your time to ensure you get as much out of it as possible.  If you are looking for a block of sessions or ongoing Personal Training, we will write you a program, specifically designed for your requirements that includes ongoing assessment of your progress.
