CrossFit Classes

At CrossFit Uckfield, you get so much more than a gym.  We are a friendly community of people who support one another in and out of the gym.  On top of the wonderful community we have built here at CrossFit Uckfield, you also get top-quality coaching and a professionally programmed training protocol that delivers genuine results, in a fun, friendly and supportive environment that is honestly not intimidating at all.

CrossFit Classes are for everyone regardless of age, ability or experience as each movement is scaled to your individual requirements, which means everyone can access every workout via their own personalised route.

If you train 5 or 6 days a week with this programme, it will give you a balance of strength, endurance and skill training. We recommend training between 3 and 6 days a week.  

CompClass Programme

If you are an experienced CrossFitter and are interested in competing, we offer a bolt-on programme that can be done alongside the daily programming to work on more advanced gymnastic skills with more focused coaching in the Olympic lifts and targeted strength work.

MasterClass Programme

This is a competitive programme for athletes over 40 with more emphasis on mobility and slightly less volume.

Olympic Weightlifting

We run two Olympic Weightlifting sessions a week to focus coaching solely on the Olympic lifts - snatches and cleans and jerks - this is a bolt-on programme.

Junior Hero Academy and Teens' CrossFit
Junior Hero Academy classes focus on making fitness fun while teaching safe movement patterns.  KS1 and KS2 classes.  Contact Maggie for more info and to arrange a free taster.
Teens' CrossFit is a bridge between kids' classes and adults' classes, incorporating games and skills with strength training according to their age, experience and ability.  Contact Krish to arrange a free taster.

FitClub Bootcamp Class

FitClub is The Paleo Gym's Bootcamp Programme - predominantly body-weight classes, which focus on beautiful movement, creating a rock-solid core, toning muscles and improving overall fitness.  While FitClub is not CrossFit, we use highly effective, tried and tested coaching and training methodology and protocols just without heavy weights and technical movements.  Contact Maggie to arrange a free taster.
