FitClub workouts burn calories, tone muscles and strengthen your core.


The highly effective FitClub combines bursts of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with professionally programmed and fully coached bodyweight strength training in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. 


FitCLub sessions last an hour and begin with a targeted warm up moving into specific exercises and workouts designed to make you fitter, faster and stronger and finish with RomWod stretches that ensure you stay flexible.


Our focus is on ensuring you get the best quality coaching to make sure your movement is beautiful, safe and effective.  


Sessions run on Monday evenings: 7.30-8.30pm, Wednesday lunchtimes: 11.30-12.30 and Saturday mornings: 8.30-9.30
